What do you do at Cypress?

My focus is on the candidate: understanding their experience, personality, career goals and what they bring to the table for the client. After over 12 years in Finance and Accounting recruiting in Atlanta, I've learned how to effectively communicate with job seekers in the market place. Because I personally interview each candidate, verify previous employment history, and listen to each candidate's strengths and competencies, I am able to make the right match the first time.

What was your life like before Cypress?

A South Carolina native, I moved to Georgia with my family years ago.

After college, I worked in the legal field for several Atlanta law firms. During this time, I was convinced that I'd be ideal in staffing as was “recruited” into Finance and Accounting Professional Staffing. Because of my strong communication skills and desire to create long-lasting relationships, I can't imagine myself doing anything else.

What do you do when you are not at Cypress?

I love spending time with my husband, family and friends. I'm a huge animal lover and enjoy volunteering for Angels Among Us Pet Rescue. I also enjoy yoga, walking my dogs and reading.
